It is with great pleasure that we formally announce our plans to build a new clubhouse and to develop eight (8) one-acre lots on the remaining parcel of land that contains the existing clubhouse and related facilities.
We worked with the architect to design a clubhouse that would not only be beautiful and functional, but would also have a design consistent with the architecture used in a majority of the homes in Alaqua.
